Restore Account Access

This site helps users who are unable to login to their SCDSB account. This applies to O365, D2L, Google, wireless devices, and your network login.

Please carefully follow these instructions to restore access. If successful, you will reset your credentials to a new value. If you have difficulties please contact the SCDSB helpdesk: (705)734-6363 or (905)729-3600, ext. 11777.

Please provide your SCDSB email address, and your five digit SCDSB employee ID to help identify your account. Note: You must have configured an alternate email/mobile phone before restoring access with this application.
